First launch.DiskLens isn't notarized yet, so macOS will block it the first time. To open it:
  1. Open the .dmg and drag DiskLens into Applications.
  2. Double-click it. When macOS says it can't verify the developer, click Done.
  3. Go to System Settings → Privacy & Security, scroll down, and click Open Anyway.
Prefer the terminal? Run this once after dragging it to Applications:
xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine /Applications/DiskLens.app
